How can I set a background profile? Many rtahks.

Once you have one in your inventory, you will see the option in your profile settings.

This one is definitely the best background. Unlike all of the backgrounds, this one fills your entire profile page, so your entire profile is covered by the background instead of just 1/6 of it at the top like the others.
