Linking people to your profile?

On the old accounts you were able to link people to your profile now you can't or can you? If so how?

You still can easily.
If you're using the Steam Client you can either

• Right-click the profile page in question, clicking "Copy Page URL" on the context menu.
  
• Open up your Steam Settings, go to the "Interface" tab and tick the box labeled "Display Steam URL Bar".

So you just copy and paste it but it shows the URL you can't title it?
