Games that are easy and fun for 6 year olds
My son is only 6 and pretty good at games. Do any of you know any good games that I can buy for a 6 year old? He likes Batman Arkham City, but it's a little tough for him. I dont mind paying the money. Hes a typical boy, meaning he doesn't like thinking too much lol...Any good suggestions anyone has would be greatly appreciated....

Altitude was a favorite of my nephew. The kid became so good at it he now gets kicked from every server, but he really enjoyed. Also, he racked up the achievements without trying.

Plants vs Zombies is great, but probably too slow for a 6 year old and it takes strategy.

Lego games, especially Lego batman and DC superheroes.

If he's fairly decent at solving puzzles, I could possibly recommend Bontanicula. It's full of little quirks and things that would probably make him laugh.

He might like Quantum Conundrum. http://store.steampowered.com/app/200010/
Can be hard sometimes.

Skylanders if you have a console. Kids love that stuff.

Sorry for the dumb question, but when it says local co-op does that mean I can play the game along side of him with my controller also? I seen Batman lego has local co-op. He doesn't like playing games that he has to play alone because he's very insecure and hates loosing lol....What should I be looking for when trying to pick a game, one that says "multi player" or one that says "local co-op"??

Yes, that is what local co-op is. My nephew and I were able to play LEGO Star Wars alongside each other on the same screen. I totally forgot about the LEGO games...
