How can I link a game from Steam library to my Corsair Scimitar?

Hello, just recently I have had problems with my Scimitar working in Steam. I used it to play Throne and Liberty and New World but neither responds to my setup in iCue. There is an option to Link App in my iCue software configuration, how can I link both games using the Steam app?
