Thats a scam when im trying to take the key its says that i should link a unlimited steam account, im sure thats scam

Fanatical is an authorized reseller and listed in IsThereAnyDeal. You wanna get a free Steam key from this site, you must link your Steam account to ensure that you are the one doing that. That's a feature for preventing spammers getting free keys.

Linking the steam account to Fanatical has never been required for me. When I buy from them I get a list of keys attached to my Fanatical account, you click a button to reveal the relevant code and then you enter that under steam's "add a game" feature. You don't need to link accounts.

Oh and linking steam to fanatical is fine and safe.
What it does is, if you buy a key you just click redeem and it auto brings up the add key to account.
Been using using fanatical for years when it was called bundle stars.

Steam will say this code is not redeemable in your region and that will be the end of it. you seriously think Valve will ban accounts of people in such cases? what if one is just trying to redeem the code from physical copy of another region?

The dev/pubs give them the keys. The restriction for PRC is China's issue, since they haven't authorized the game to be on Steam for China.
