Reporting a scammer
so I got scammed and I have their account and their alt account where all my Items can be seen in their Inventory, told steam support but apparently they told me they think they have not seen anything malicious going on. with evidence already there I don't know why are they not doing anything to ban these accounts?

Those accounts are mules. Scammers do not use their own accounts, but rather accounts of other people that got their account hijacked.

I actually have both their dummy and their original one, I sent it to steam support but I don't know if they will do anything

did you report each account? if they find anything wrong or being used for scamming then they will most probably lock the account

Yeah I had my friends report both accounts, just waiting to see what happens since I cannot report them when they used my account to report themselves.

Reports are based on credibility and not quantity so it's not a good idea having all your friends report them especially if they had no direct contact with the alleged scammers. Valve could end up dismissing all reports and it could lead to them getting away with their actions. One report from the affected user is more than enough.

You mean their dummy and other dummy. Often other hijacked accounts if throwaways aren't used.

for me I don't care if it's a dummy I just want steam to do something about it so they would not get the stuff they stolen if you know what I mean.

True but they did responded specifically about stuff I asked about, Im just hoping they actually do something the dummy account where all of my stuff are being kept. I dont care if I dont get it back I just want them to lock the account or something so they won't have access to it.
You won't be able to prove that the items were stolen from you. From Steam's perspective, everything looks legitimate because you confirmed the trade yourself. Even if you sent the items and didn’t receive anything in return, that doesn’t mean the items were stolen. In theory you could be the scammer, trying to get your items back after selling them to someone for real money outside of Steam

well they would know that this would not look right since I have no interaction with that person and just by looking at that persons account you can clearly tell it is suspicious to move more than a hundred Items. and those Items are recently bought in the steam market.

People have interactions on other platforms all the time to organise private deals i.e use Discord to sell tens of items for real money. Valve can only make determinations by the limited amount of evidence at hand on the Steam platform and if this isn't conclusive enough then there isn't much they can do.

Having your friends mass report the alleged scammer isn't not an encouraging starting point especially if they weren't involved.

Waste of time reporting scammers

You're items are gone. Next time use your brain

You cared enough to look the accounts up and assume there is a "main".

There isn't much Valve can do to prevent stuff getting stolen. After all, the one and only major issue is USERS, not with Steam itself.

Accounts do get locked after reporting, but as said they're usually hijacked accounts anyway. They get locked until the original owner reclaims the account.

Yes, I know you want the actual scammers to get punished. Learn a thing or two about jurisdictions and the like and you'll understand that this isn't as easy as you think. Steam can only lock and punish accounts, not people.
