icloud error

for 10 years, I have never used icloud, never thought about it, I never use apple stuff. I started getting icloud errors recently causing my Win11 computer issues when I open steam, I get these pops, notifications, icloud cannot connect. I looked info up on steam and it says I can change my games and apps to use storage and backup, but icloud and options are blacked out for me. I cannot even go look. I am so frustrated, I want to get rid of these notifications. I am using VR Steam and it is really causing my computer to slow down with this nonsense. I searched and could not find any community posts with the same issue. How do I fix this. Been using Steam for 10 years. Thanx.

I looked and searched again, and this time I found an icloud setting.. I turned it on.. I stumbled on the setting... i am not even sure I can find it again... I think I fixed the issue, I turned it on. Unbelievable ... all the time I spent trying to figure out what is messed up.
