Microsoft is dropping security and update support for win 10.
They hid this initially by disabling the scroll bar on their feedback hub so you cannot read the announcement and speak up.

No one forces you to upgrade. You can use outdated OS as long as you want.

Linux is a viable alternative with pretty good support especially for older hardware.

Tell it to all the people crying about win7. Hardly a problem if you know what you are doing and OS updates (even on Microsoft's OS) are free. You are literally making up problems...

yeah not everyone is rolling in cash and buys a new gpu the moment they have 1 frame drop.

i said people dont have the money to buy a new pc just for a update to work.... there are hardware requirements.
also the 11 ui is ugly and bloated why would i subject myself to that?

My old PC was able to go through Win XP, 7, 8 and 10 with only GPU and Power Source upgrades. My current already got from 10 to 11.
And I am earning close to lowest wage...
I like the way win 11 looks, so it's only a problem for people who don't like it.

cuz if your current hardware was still the same machine you used for win 7.. i doubt you would be upgraded and you would agree.

you are not looking at the bigger picture you are focusing only on yourself.. that is selfish.

YES.. not everyone is YOU
But that's the thing. Not everyone is you either. People who play games have to upgrade their kit either way or get stuck with older games and/or low graphical quality. And if you don't play games, then you either work with computers and have enough money or don't and your need for new OS is minimal.
And you can always go for Linux. It's free.
