You should get your own account, you could still play his games through family sharing and vice versa.
That subreddit is a good source for info like this, you might want to consider joining.
Also listen to Forcen. Make your own Steam account.
And I have to second To The Moon.
Not for 20 dollars, or even 6, thats a 2 dollar game, 2 hours for 20 dollars is a bad joke.
Gone Home is well worth its asking price.
Anyway, I've been playing some of MURU and so far it's pretty good. I think the protagonist is female.
It would appear as though you need it to. If you can't handle someone supporting someone else's suggestion, and consider it "bitter debate", I would suggest you find somewhere other than the "Steam Community Users Discussion" where no one will reply to anything at all. Perhaps start a blog without possibility for comments?
EDIT: And did you perhaps mean MURI? Did the proper title get forgot when you decided to "tsk tsk" others?
Since you and army_erik have played the game, how about explaining why you think it's a good game? I'd explain too, but like I said, I never played it.
From the screen shots and videos, this looks to me like a story exploration game along the lines of Myst and Labyrinth of Time, except that it's more than just still images and tiny animations here and there. If you're into that sort of thing, POT_PIE (or POT_PIE's wife), I say give it a try. I wonder if there's a playable demo somewhere to help decide if the game is worth $20 to you.
