What's the name of that beat-em-up game with the monk?

I can't think of the title. I think the protagonist has a ponytail.
It's a third-person beat-em-up along the lines of Power Stone, but as far as I know, you can only play as one character. I remember him somewhat resembling Dan Hibiki from the Street Fighter games, although his hair might be in a braid or several ponytail holders. I'm not even 100% sure it's on Steam now that I think about it. I saw it on GameFly Digital but I got a playable demo somehow and I thought it was on Steam.

Thanks, but sorry, that's not the one. From what I remember, it's very combo-pattern heavy, almost like dancing, but it's not Beat Blasters or whatever that other game is called. This is driving me crazy but I sttill appreciate your help.
