GTA San Andreas vs. Vice City

Are either GTA San Andreas or GTA Vice City worth getting right now? I've heard that the recent updates for both games have hurt the gameplay in both games. Is that true?

So far as I know O/p there have been licensing issues with the music on the SA game and some of the tracks have been removed. Not entirely sure which ones have been removed right now. I know totalbiscuit mentioned it in a video at some point recently but I don't recall the tracks being listed.
