any anime rpg dating sims with stats and money?

I played a flash dating sim when I was younger where you had to go to like the gym, dojo, and other places to earn skill in different things like martial arts and physical fitness or what have you. And then you had to go to work to earn money to pay for different levels of dates like movies or ice cream. Then after you had enough stats you could succesfully talk to different girls and arrange dates with them. Some girls had a very high difficulty to talk to and required an almost maxed out character. Are there any games like that still around? I see a lot of games called visual novel dating sims. If it is just a book that has graphics I don't want to play that. I want something more like an rpg where you level up and work jobs to talk to different girls and go on dates with them. Does any one know of any games like that on steam? If not steam then maybe any where else? Also the game I played when I was younger was anime and I was kind of hoping for an anime game this time but any info would be helpful.

It was kind of comical, dating and rpg all mixed together. Is there a new game similar to this? You can really see how the years have not been kind to it.
