7 Days to die. Really, it does lack a bit of content but it's a great game, and gets updated very frequently. You can spend alot of hours playing that game.
Dayz is buggy, doesn't have alot of zombie elements and focuses on MP alot. Don't like it.
Have never played H1Z1 but it looks good.

Depends on what you like. Do you like pseudo real life survival? Try DayZ.

Do you like building in a world with zombies? Try 7DTD

Do you like utter ♥♥♥♥♥ produced by Microsoft? Try H1Z1 LOL. Seriously it's more of an amalgamation of DayZ and 7DTD. A little serious, a little not.

All the games have issues but 7DTD has one thing the others don't....single player :)

Id like to fortify a place, slaughter zombies and mess with some people who try to kill you on the spot lol

The only real zombie survival game of those is 7 Days To Die if you are into survival games

the other 2 games are more a frag party were 6 out of 10 people just will shot you before you can say hi (make that 9 out of 10 in H1Z1) also it's only 7 days to die there got real zombies
= where they are the real big threat and not humans!

but you can also change all stuff in 7 days to die and self control all game settings as you owed the server = worth a buy :B1:
