This player scammed me of my three immortal Ti5 items. I was about to let him go since i am rich but then he decides to insult me. I have no picture proof of our transaction since we used via gift wrap and he blocked me way before i can take a screenshot of our chat. Can i sue this guy and be victorious at it?

Depending on the country you're from you could possibly sue for defamation, but even that's a VERY long shot and I would say there's about 0.1% chance of getting anywhere. I would recommend just forgetting all about it and moving on.

I'm sorry, but there's really nothing you can do except pay a bit more attention to detail the next time you trade. Valve doesn't seem to understand that their recent market restrictions have only brought people to third party sites that have no fraud protection. Good one valve, you're hurting more than you're helping. Since you used a third party site, away from the steam marketplace/tradeplace, you cannot do anything.
