If it is 0 when you give a specific paysafe card code to the paysafe site, it may be that you tranfered the ammount either to steam wallet or to a paysafe account.
If it is 0 in your paysafe account, it maybe that the money is not in the account but in a separate paysafe card, and you should check that card by giving its specific number to the paysafe site (or check you steam wallet).
If none of the above, you may have to contact paysafe to verify your transaction and have them check the charge.
P.S. Paysafe charges are not refundable, meaning you won't get actual money back. If they find a mistake they will issue a new paysafe code for the money that is missing.
As it is you can tranfer 25 and keep them in the wallet, and hold on to the card for the rest, or you can hold on to the card, since you can use it for purchases from elsewhere as well.
Because you do not have a round number, you will probaby end up having some left over, maybe just a few cents, maybe more, unless when buying something you can charge the remainder in the paysafe card first for part of the money, and then the wallet for the rest, but i am not sure it is possible.
