Hacker/Messenger virus maker found

i recieved a messege from a friend a few days ago, with a link that said it was a screenshot, when i clicked the link, expecting my friend to be just sending me something stupid, it opened google and started a download, after the download was done i immediatly deleted it, knowing it was probably malacious software, once i logged back into steam an hour later, i had sent that same "screenshot" messege to all my friends, a few had clicked it and were beginning to messege me saying how all their steam items were gone, when i checked my inventory, all my stuff was gone too, today, i checked my email, having steamguard enabled i recieved a messege about confirming a trade, questioning, i opened it, and it showed all my missing items being traded with a player names keigalhara, and that it had been confirmed, so i searched him up on the player list and found his account, I had a conversation with him where he said he was "just doing his job" and that "your the one that opened the virus", sure i was, but that doesnt excuse him stealing over 90$ in items from me, so if you find the time please report the player keigalhara, sorry for taking up your time.
