Five Nights at Freddy's. Aside from the rather brutal back story, it's one of the tamest "horror" games out there.
Aside from that, pretty much any game in the Real Time Strategy genre is going to be not very violent if only because you usually take on a bird's eye perspective of the bloodbath. There's also a whole heap of 2d space-ship shooters (Both free-reign, like SPAZ, and on rails like eXceed). There's also Hearts of Iron/Europa Universalis, but I assume you're a kid and those games are a little too complex even for most adults!!!
There is also strategy games, but a lot of those have blood of some kind.
You can always get skyrim, and get a mod that removes blood.
Oblivion is also good and I personally like it more than skyrim, and minimal amount of blood (a lot less than skyrim, so probably don't even need to mod it out)
Fallout 3 or new vegas with a mod that removes blood is also a good choice.
Another choice are various racing games, but avoid the ones with physics of cars breaking apart...my uncle doesn't let my cousins play those ones as they are too violent. But, there is TONS of good racing games that don't have cars breaking apart.
Hope this helps. I recommend either Oblivion. Or fallout 3/new vegas with a blood remover mod.
Awesome suggestions.

What sort of game do you consider 'good'?
* the Ys games (there is a blood spots setting that can be turned off, and otherwise it's not gory at all)
* Gurumin
* The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky
* To The Moon
* Mutant Mudds Deluxe
* DuckTales Remastered
* Puzzle Agent
* fault milestone one (yes, it's entirely clean)
* Guacamelee (it's technically violent but it's very, very stylized in an artistic fashion)
* Aquaria (though the story does get kinda dark)
* Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet (a dark aesthetic, but not actually NSFW)
* Waking Mars
