2K EULA-they reserve the right to delete products you paid for...wow.
I recently tried to re-install a program I bought from 2K (had to re-install because of a system wipe). Turned out it's not available from the server anymore. I contacted 2K and this was their response:

Thank you for contacting 2K Support!

I am sorry to hear you feel ripped off because...is no longer available. I know it is frustrating when the game you wnat is not there anymore, especially when you paid for it! I genuinely would like to help you out with this!

However, I am sorry to disappoint you, but 2K Games reserves the right to remove any game form the market at any time. I realize this may come as an inconvenience, but we at 2K Support have no influence over these decisions, which are mad at the corporate level. Please see our EULA for more information regarding these rights.

Note the EULA for the games in question are NOT available. Only if you had the foresight to keep a copy for yourself would you have it.

Just thought I'd share my experience. I am familiar with the 2K "install once EULA" flap they had a while back and thought they were done with those shenanigans.

But now I know...and knowing is half the battle! ...the other half is red and blue lasers I know...:D

My fault for missing that passage if it was there...but then when I bought it you did not have access to the EULA before you bought it and it was non-refundable after you bought it.

Tricksy my preciousss oh yesssss.

Now I just pray that my games will be safe for eternity.

What game are you talking about? This kind of stuff is unfortunate but it can happen every now and again. It could be licensing issues, contract expirations or some other legal matter that required them to take it down. It sucks, but it happens.

Same here, Valve can legally disable your entire Steam account if they wanted to and you agreed to it.

Not saying they will do that of course, just shows what goes into EULAs.
