Uplay says it's running but it's not?
It says it's running but I can't find any instance of it actually running on my computer. I've tried running it as administrator, and then tried deleting all of Uplay's files with the exception of the installer, because it says it can't because Uplay is running. I can't play the 3 games I wanted to play because of this. Does anyone know how to get rid of a running program that doesn't exist so I can re-install it?

Okay yeah I guess I should've searched around a little more before I posted this. Just hit CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open Task Manager, then CTRL+SHIFT+ESC, select the process and end the process. I thought I'd already done this but I must've been mistaken.
