bought a steam card ($50) and redeemed it on steam but i still cant purchase games because of wrong region
bought a steam card here in Saudi Arabia. i redeemed the wallet code in steam but i still cant buy games. i checked by balance, it is in Philippine Peso. how can i change it to Saudi riyals?

1) STeam never supported Saudi riyals so that was never an option

2) If you are seeing PHP it means that steam converted you to PHP because your account was created in teh Phiippines. You'll need to contact support if you are no longer there

The fastest response i've gotten personally was 4 days.
However i've heard of others who've said it's taken 1 to 2 weeks for a response from Support. :butterfly:

They sell cards cause you buy them (and bring extra profit). Can't you plainly pay with credit card to steam directly? Or you're trying to stay anonymous? ;)

problem solved. my brother is in the philippines, he logged in to my account and bought the game.
