Is There A Full List Of Steam Client Launch Options?

I can not find a list of all available steam client launch options. The Steam Support How To gives a few examples but does not link to a full list of all available launch options https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=5623-QOSV-5250

Is there a list of all available Steam client launch options? Information for both linux and windows clients would be useful.

What i am trying to do is get Steam client loading in fullscreen when windows starts up. Editing the shortcut in the start-up list to run steam.exe maximised does indeed load Steam client fullscreen but unmaximise no longer works. I would really like to be able to start windows and Steam client automaticaly with the client fullscreen but still have working window resizing. Preferably having steam client running in windowed mode using both linux and windows clients and starting fullscreen but not BPM would be great.

Possibly what i have already done is probably as good as i can hope for. Starting steam maximised means unmaximising needs to be resized to what ever shape or size chosen. The resizing arrows do work i just did not hover mouse cursor over the edge enough after unmaximising

Yeah, I've noticed something similar - if I close down Steam while it's maximized (no restarting windows or anything), the next time I start Steam it will just be a window resized to my desktop. Then I have to resize it again.
So, I always try to keep it in the smaller window mode before shutting down Steam.

Another bug with the program.

For me i want windowed mode to start maximised so yeah confirm closing steam maximised will let it start maximised. I assume there is something in client doing this as my steam shortcut for steam.exe has been configured to auto start steam maximised when windows boots/loads!?.

Found this, at least lots of command line options here if not all of them.

Thanks a whole bunch people! Managed to let off my rage for having my mourse unlocked to windows mode. Grrr.

No, these are launch options for the Steam client.

Game launch options will vary by game, but there is a list of some common ones and how to use them here :

I know for me for some reason when I try to change the launching options for one of my steam games it won't let me. It's saying that its for advanced users only. Is there a work around. I just want to play the game in a windowed screen

However, to really see the most up-to-date options, you need to launch Steam with -dev, and go to console and use the find command to search. I found a couple there that weren't in that gist.

However I don't know how you would generate such a list automatically.

Would have been too smart to offer such parameters for the client, too.

I definitely suggest to make the steam client open source!
Let US have the source code to finally get this client into the useful platform, it should be a long time ago.
