cant post in a discution that i created after it being moved?

I was posting a discution about my game crashing. And probally a moderator moved it to a diferent section of the game forum ( because i acidentaly misinterpretd "comunity suport" as a section to report players istead of just a place to report bugs.). I dont have the game on steam (i have it on xbox gamepass) but since the forum is there i sometimes use it. since usualy after i post a discution on a game forum i dont have i can still post on the discution to reply to people. Now that it has been moved i cant reply to people because i dont got the posting privelages. The moderator hahst left a note about moveing the thread or anything just moved it.

Does it state this when you view your post? Posting privileges: Only players who own game X are allowed to post in this forum.

If the answer is yes it is because you have the game on Gamepass, not Steam.

i know that. But it has let me to post on my discution that i started but after it was moved i no longer can post there to reply even tho i normaly would.

Contact Steam Support, link it and ask why.

Posting privileges: Only players who own Crusader Kings III are allowed to post in this forum.

Correct it is now set for only owners of the game on steam to post in this thread in this sub-forum.

Steam support will not be able to change this as this was set by the publisher / developers in there own hub.

It can say that even when you have the steam version of products.

The game devs marked the Support sub-forum down to owners only.

If you posted in the wrong sub-forum as it sounded you did then often times forum posts get moved to the right area.

It sounds like you posted a problem outside of the correct forum before it got moved there.

If you require tech help you will need to post on the location where you bought it as steam forums are not free to operate for moderation teams and you need to be a customer on the correct forum to get help there in a lot of places and many games require that option in steam forums to prevent spam.

Try posting on the xbox game pass forums if there are any or their website forums or discord.
