Xbox games
It it possible to play digital games in my xbox library I bought on the xbox store before on my pc ?

Sure, if they fall under xbox anywhere program. You would have access to the PC version.

Can you just play any old xbox game on your PC? No, it would need a PC port at a minimum.

Depends on if the games support Xbox play anywhere. Sign into the Xbox store and find out.
