Dead End Aegis, my pick for most discomforting game on Steam.
Clock-Up stuff, euphoria and Maggot Baits specifically. They're quite infamous already.
Abaddon, banned by the taste police. It's a very cool old school kinda horror.
Corpse Party stuff is pretty fun.
The Shell is a trilogy (there's also a prequel/spin-off) of detective noir stuff.
Omori I should pick up.
Mojika probably counts. I'm at least quite excited for it.
Song of Saya is a classic one.
