Most likely those accounts are phished and now hijacked by scammer.
Use the report function on each of their profiles and report them as possible hijacked accounts.
Explain the message you received.
Also your account might be compramised.
Your account was phished / hijacked. Follow steps 1-6 to secure your account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
Steam will NOT return lost funds or Items.
You might want to look into blacklisting those e-mail senders as well using the settings available.

STEAM support will ONLY contact you via the in client support ticket system, and never by chat, or off site system like discord, you tube, facebook, etc...
Click on HELP in the upper left navbar in the steam client, click on support and go from there to contact support about your account.

Good, they are just hijacked or stolen accounts more then likely
