if you own the game licence for said game on steam, then yes, you can still download and install the game.
I never downloaded it I just can open a hidden kind of link to download it maybe.
I brought a couple of games, which have been delisted long after i brought them. As long as they don't require online official servers to play then i can download them and play them anytime i like.
If you never brought the game or claimed the game if it was free to play, then your out of luck.
Which videos?
If it's no longer available to buy on Steam you may still be able to get a key online, or even a physical copy depending on how old the game is. If a youtube video is pointing you to links, don't follow them.
A website is claiming to give me an EA account which has FIFA 22 should I trust them?
