if you own the game licence for said game on steam, then yes, you can still download and install the game.

I never downloaded it I just can open a hidden kind of link to download it maybe.

I brought a couple of games, which have been delisted long after i brought them. As long as they don't require online official servers to play then i can download them and play them anytime i like.

If you never brought the game or claimed the game if it was free to play, then your out of luck.

If it's no longer available to buy on Steam you may still be able to get a key online, or even a physical copy depending on how old the game is. If a youtube video is pointing you to links, don't follow them.

Why would it be illegal to begin with? What's with all the fuse, just look for the game and download it

Just like Valve, EAs terms of service don't allow giving away accounts.
Should you trust a website that does expicitly that? Judge for yourself.
