Steam OpenID endpoints stopped working

Noticing all 'Login with Steam' buttons on websites and webapps stopped working/result in errors.

Well, if the bugs are many: anyone else also has all notifications from after ~Feb 3 missing?

I have no idea if this is fixed or not, but I also noticed broadcasting isn't working correctly (it keeps cutting off., unable to watch my friend play games on Steam for more than 1 minute 18 seconds at a time). Could the two be related? and, no, this isn't rhetorical question. I'm legitimately asking.
