I'm looking for a hentai game where the gameplay is actually great, it shouldn't be too much of sex or hentai. I want to play the game but also want it to contain sex choices or dating sim too. It can be a card game, roleplay game or anything else.

You could go for something by Alicesoft. Evenicle is very popular, Rance was banned on Steam and idk if an attempt was ever made to have Dohna Dohna on Steam.

I'd go as far as saying most eroge don't have great gameplay. I've seen several praise Dohna Dohna, but my favourites are almost all pure VNs or have minimal gameplay.

With that in mind there's:
Muramasa (banned on Steam) with choices and a math puzzle.
Other Nitroplus titles.
The Shell with some detective gameplay.
Utawarerumono (the eroge was about 20 years ago)
Dies irae (the ero sucks) with no gameplay.


To further another's recommendation, I enjoyed Unveiling the Unknown a lot.

Honestly. I've been shopping for near decades. They don't exist. There are extreme exceptions.

Extreme Extreme exceptions that exist only on Patreon subscriptions. And really, those are just money sinks. Kind of....

I wish i had good news but, the Parn Industry just doesn't want to invest the money in proper Adult Gaming Experiences.

Whatever is out there, unfortunately the gaming experience is sub par compared to "regular" productions.

Your ultimate best bet is to research on Modding established titles. Elder Scrolls Skyrim, Fallout 4, Fallout New Vegas, The Sims 3, The Sims 4 have established and well produced Adult Content. It takes time and effort and knowledge but when you get it done, it essentially turns into what you are looking for.


There really is only Visual Novel or straight 3D SxX Simulators.
