Steam Support Response Time

When you click on Steam support it doesn't tell you the wait time before a response.

Because of certain circumstances special or not need to have a quick response so.

When clicking on Steam support it should say before you report that All reports will get a response within 5 minutes of reporting and no longer than 10 minutes.

And there is no point reporting a scam site to support.

Some people actually report overtime responses that some are answered way past hours or never get answers based on amounts of reporting, yes we got lots to do but we should try to get those reports done in a timely fashion.

If and I MEAN IF the policy said if your report has not be responded to by steam support you are entitled to a $20.00 Steam gift card, boy people wouldn't care about response time just the gift card and more people would report and hoping it doesn't get the response and getting that free gift card. Which is totally the point why it has to get done or steam would lose money over a little thing like reporting.

Technically tomorrow is a holiday so steam may not respond tomorrow

Why would it help anyone to lie about something like that on a website? Steam Support handles half a million support tickets per day. Nobody can guarantee that your question is answerable within five minutes before they've even seen it.
