got a false community ban

i often list my items investment with high price on market, hoping it for not sold for a cheap price, because my target is long term investment, and after few weeks some people suddenly buying all that item listed on market, ALL OF THEM with those price (of course i'm very happy to see it, it's a pure my profit), but it strange... i got alert which is said community ban, after i contact steam support, i ask them 'what the heck happened with my account?' they not replied me and just banish the credit without bring back my items and without remove my account restriction, after i ask them what is this thing? i even don't know what my mistake, what fraud? i don't do anything on 3rd party, i just buy on steam market and sell it on steam market, i don't have relation with those buyers, but they keep silent, what a ****** ♥♥♥♥ is this service??? i just feel it's a slandering

Where did this alert for the Community ban come from? An actual Community ban would prevent you from posting on the forums.

i know what do you mean, because they had all of this while i'm and the others users is not, but...it just where is the justice mate? they should bravely answering, and give excellent service to their consument, do you can feel when you didn't make any mistake but you be a suspect of that thing? i just feel heartbroken

mate, i'm not money laundering, why i feel people judge me bad while am not, for The God sake i'm not a tech savvy, i am not a thief, i'm not money laundering, i'm not even do anything bad on my life, i'm not even drinking the alcohol in my life, just why this happened to me

so i think the staff could be transparent what log can trigger that and ask me and then i can tell them so it can be clear, i know you guys bussy, is just cheap item, maybe some staff wont waste time to care about something cheap, but it's precious to me, even a $0.03 is still a value, i dont ever assume 0.03 is trash, it's still a value money, it can be a precious thing on someone life, especially me who is an orphan

It's true you need to ask to get a subpeona and ask for that information but you need to go through a couple hoops.
