My friend from the USA bought me a gift card for the USA region. The region of my account is Turkey, but all prices are in dollars. I can't activate the card. What solutions might there be? I haven’t communicated with my friend for a long time and have no acquaintances in the USA.

Physical gift cards are only usable in the region they're purchased in. The prices might be USD. But the U.S. has U.S. pricing, and you have MENA pricing. Different regions.

Otherwise, take it up with Steam Support.

Regions with a differing value should only use Steam Digital Gift Cards;

It will be converted accordingly. As long as there's no restrictions to the recipient region, it should work as intended.

I activate it, it was my bad. I just paste the wrong code. Gift card activates because account currency is usd. Thanks

Yes ALL USD cards will work in the MENA region...

How will retail Wallet Codes be affected by this change? For example, will it be possible to redeem USD wallet codes?

MENA - USD and LATAM - USD countries/regions will be able to redeem USD wallet codes after November 20th. In addition, Turkish lira and Argentine Pesos Steam wallet codes will automatically convert to USD based on the daily exchange rate when redeemed on Steam after November 20th.

Entering the wrong letters/numbers happens. It's all good.
