Account banned due to Smurf?

.. My Dota account was banned and was said to be Smurf? lol My rank was even low.. and Steam support said they do not have enough data to provide me when I ask how they can say that the account is Smurf? Is this some kind of power trip lol

No one is power tripping. Support can not give you that information.

That is how corruption and steam works. If they can ban you without needing to tell you why or give any evidence or explanation then that opens door to limitless corruption. Add a long list of very open and vague rules as well and now you can ban anyone you want. And we can see a very clear trend that steam is politically left. That is their and steam's strategy, remove anonymity so they can harass anyone who is against their political agenda.

No game developer releases info as to how they detect ToS violations in their games.

If you are given all the information you can circumvent it but as always a conjecture, speculation and conspiracy post with zero evidence to backup claims of corruption or politically left. As for remove anonymity your real name is not Drain the Swamp, it is just a persona on the forum.

Support does not handle game bans.
Game bans are handled by the devs of the game.
Game bans from Valve games are permanent and cannot be appealed.
Also no dev will tell you anything more than the barebones basic info on what got you banned. Like if you got caught cheating, they won't tell you what was detected.
Also, Smurfing in DOTA has always been a ban-able offense as you are playing with lower "skill" players to quickly boost your account via matchmaking manipulation.

I continue to despise this enforcement of ranked systems on players who don't want it. I think Sseth szentach put it in a set of good words. Yes, playing at a consistently high level can be fun, but sometimes you need some easier matches to try easier builds and playstyles along with something that does't need high tension nervous systems at all times. But you can't even go on a common server as anything but your designated rank anymore. you're reward for victory, is constantly increasingly difficulty by force. Thatis fine for people who opt in but even the best pros go to pub stomp sometimes in servers they dont have to play the highest rank meta they can.

Are you suggesting that because I can walk out of the store Valve magically isn't taking actions and the system doesn't exist? What kind of denial of reality is that? It is forced on the players of the game, yeah they can leave but it doesn't mean Valve isn't applying the force or that the system doesn't exist, and that's specifically in DOTA 2, name one major competitive game out right that DOESN'T have this, still think it's just soooo easy to escape?

Benito mussolini actaully did drain a swamp near Rome to make it useable to build houses there.

Offcourse its all a coincedence that orange manthing kept shouting that for years and an actual dictator drained a real swamp once.
