Farcry 3 or Farcry 2?

hello, I want to get either Far cry 3 or Far cry 2.
Do not take price into account.

I have this:
Intel i5- 3230M 2.6 Ghz
4 gb ram
Intel HD Graphics 4000

WILL I BE BETTER OFF BUYING FAR CRY 3 AND DEALING WITH LAG,
OR BUYING FAR CRY 2 AND RUNNING MORE SMOOTHLY?

Stealth worked just fine for me in FC2.
