Error Message that I get when trying to finalise transaction.

Okay, I have more than enough money in my steam wallet and the game I am trying to purchase is only $6. Been trying now for 6 hours with the same result. Still waiting on steam support to respond to my ticket.

Anyone else having these issues purchasing a game?

Is the game your buying for yourself or a gift for someone?
I'm having the exact same issue. Got a response from support at 5am. Asking for a screenshot. So I have given them one. Not heard anything since! I've tried everything under the sun I can think of. Tried different devices. Steam decks, mobile, pc, laptop. All the same. Even got my wife to gift me thr games which are on sale that end today.
C'mon support, we need your help! Please!
Yeah, I am still waiting to hear back from support regarding this. It's not like I am trying to use my card, which is perfectly fine. But steam won't even allow me to use the cash in my steam wallet. It sounds like a glitch. I seen forum posts regarding this dating back to 2021.
Yeah I think it's a glitch. I just had a response from support. They wanted a list of games I'm trying to buy and a screenshot of the price. Yet nothing mentioned about what's causing this issue!
I'm hoping I don't have to wait X amount of hours and this gets sorted before the sale ends on some of the games I'm buying.
Ok weird one. I just booted a pc with bazzite on. And when I went to desktop a steam popped appeared and said. 'Only steam can help you with purchases' I've just installed the OS the other day. And quite frankly, I've got a headache after all this bs. So didn't look into the population further as it would of given more Info. But that's what the popup notification said. I'll take another look later or tomorrow and see what's up. Still no reply from support yet, despite my fast and detailed reply. The funds are there. Just add the games and deduct the cash! Jheez! Frustrated at this point.
Still waiting for a response from Steam. I guess they don't want our money. I can't understand how this is even an issue. I have money on my wallet. I have more than enough to cover the cost of the purchase but it just does not want to co-operate and just finalise the transaction. Maximum frustration for sure.
Hi I've had a response from support. Apparently having multiple items under 1usd or equivalent can cause this to happen. And said they will close my ticket. Only. I removed everything and tried 1 game above 1 usd. And still the same problem. This is absolutely not right and I believe there's something they're not telling us!
Ok so I had to put the games through 1 by 1. Now it's saying I've made too many purchases. Wait a minute or contact support. Out of 13 I have 1 left. And it's a bundle. And I don't want to put the games there though 1 by 1 as it saves me £10 buying as a bundle! The bundle is £16 and I already have 3 of the games within it.
Ok I think I couldn't buy the bundle because of an error on their side. I bought other things and they've gone through fine.
I heard back from Steam Support. Here is their response regarding this issue.

This issue usually occurs when one or more items in a bundle are priced below $0.99 (or the local equivalent). The publisher has been notified so they can adjust the prices of individual games/bundles.

Steam cannot make pricing adjustments to other people's products.

funny that! i got the same response. only it was a bundle of which i had some of the games already. removed it. put multiple items below 99p/c through! think the ubermosh collection had 7 items at 44p each. once i removed that curve games hidden gems bundle. Everything went through. tried to buy it after with no luck and same error message.
I'm having the same problem but it happens before you click the button to confirm payment, I can't even see the total price or anything...
