A Steam friend contacted me about he wrongly submitted a ticket reporting me as scammer and when he contact Steam again about the mistake, customer service told him that there's nothing they can do about the banning process. And I have to contact this Steam profile to explain this matter so my account won't be banned.
I will provide screenshots to our chat history later.
Don't bother with screenshots. This is not a new type of scam.
