What is the most similar game to Genshin Impact here?

I played Genshin Impact a long time ago, but I didn't like having to create an account and be connected to the internet to play. Are there similar games here? Which ones are they, which one would be the most similar?

It's old now, but still one of the most beautiful games around.

It's also the very obvious foundation for many games that came after it, like Tera and Genshin.

It's over-priced, though, so wait until you can get it cheap.
