It is a well known scam, unfortunately a lot of people fall for it. It is almost as common as a scam by getting a friend request on steam and the person says someone is impersonating you.

You can't appeal bans for CS2, and CS2 game bans aren't ONLY for cheating.

Ban is permanent, play on community servers that don't run VAC. Or make a new account.
