Report, block and ignore.
You will not be banned.
Some other stuff to keep in mind. No one from Valve or support will every add you as a friend, message you using Steam chat, the forums, discord.
The only place anyone from support will speak with you is the ticket system here, and you have to reach out to them first.

- Never accept any random discord/steam friend request
- Avoid clicking on dodgy links
- Avoid pirating on your main PC as it could be seen as a cheat if you get a virus, VAC ban is the last thing you want on your Steam Account
Also I've had a person try to impersonate my friend and get me to download a game he's friend was developing, it was a lie of course as once you download and install it, they'll take over your PC.
Luckily I didn't fall for it.
Would have taken you just a few seconds to find that out.
It should have taken you just a few seconds to think to yourself that some random on discord "accidentally" reporting you on Steam and trying to get you to do things is a huge red flag, a blatant attempt to scam you.
As long as you didn't fork over your login information you have nothing to worry about. In the future don't be so naive and chatty with randoms on discord or Steam or the internet in general.
Common sense is free btw. Costs nothing to have it & use it.
Anything from Counter-Strike (and TF2) players should be vetted hardcore.
And keep your Steam items inventory private for further protection as these types of people prey on those with high-priced inventory items on trade.
Also, do not worry about toxic people because that is how the internet is and always will be.
