Can't buy/sell items in Steam Market

Hi all, I loaded 20 dollars worth of steam code on my steam account and when I went to the steam market, it says that my account is currently unable to use the community market, what should I do? I want to buy items but can't. Need help ASAP. Thanks.

That's most likely because you don't fulfill all of the requirements below:

At least one successful purchase that is more than 30 days but no longer than 1 year ago
Have had Steam Guard enabled for at least 15 days
No password reset within the last 5 days (If your account has been inactive for longer than 2 months then your password will have been resetted and you will be unable to use the market for 30 days)
No trade ban
No new payment method added within the last 7 days

I haven't purchased anything yet in this account, no password resets, enabled steam guard, no trade ban, no new payment method added, I haven't put any credit card info in my account before using the steam code.

As per Steam Supprt buying wallet counts as purchase but I am not quite sure if that also includes adding wallet through wallet keys or just through the store/your account page.

How come I didn't encounter this issue on my other account? I just loaded money in my steam wallet and everything went fine, I was able to purchase stuff right after loading. Is there any way to transfer my steam wallet funds to my other account?

There is no other way to transfer ur money in another account....just wait for 30 days mark and it will be again working..........

sir so i need to purchase in dota 2 store and wait for 1month so i can buy items in steam community market?

yes, it's what happened to me. for 1st time buyers, u need to buy from dota store first, then wait 30 days to be able to access steam market
