Recomendation for a strategy game please

Hello! i was wondering if anyone could recommend me a good strategy game, something like shogun or perhaps something similar to final fantasy tactics. i wanted a game with either very rich comabt or something that can make me grow and manage a town or a base and then once im ready attack the enemy and try to conquer lands. kinda like age of empires. anyone knows of anything like this? or something like the games above? just getting a bit bored of the ussuals :3

I was gonna say age of empires 2 (its my its one of my favroites), have you played any command and conqure games?
