I'll do another drawing in a couple weeks.
Crysis 2 should probably have full controller support, not really sure since I never played it with a controller.
1.) Alpha Protocol - At least partial. It's been awhile, so I can't remember if a mouse was required at some point.
2.) Fallout 3: Game Of The Year Edition - Partial controller support.
3.) Fallout: New Vegas - Partial controller support.
4.) Prototype - Full controller support after you enable it in the options.
5.) Star Wars: The Force Unleased Ultimate Sith Edition - Full controller support as far as I remember.
Edit
6.) Mafia II - Full controller support, although the controllers buttons aren't shown for the various game prompts. There's a modification to fix this though.

@Scott Benson: I'll take the copy of Velvet Assassin if that is okay.
I've recently played through them all in Big Picture with a 360 pad. I'd go with partial because:
- Ep 1 shows M/K based UI. Ep 2 and forth adapt the UI to the 360 controller when detected.
- There's a puzzle on Ep 3 (the digital watch) that cannot be solved via controller at all. It has to be done with the mouse.
- in all episodes, you can't apply changes to the resolution without M/K. Which is bad, given the resolution the games come installed in is not the same as the PC's native;
If you do as I did and install all 5 episodes and set the resolutions beforehand, I guess all except ep3 could be considered Full Support, tho.
Sure, you'll have to accept my friend request (or send me a new one). I can't gift to non-friends :)
Also, this one may be a bit controversial, but Deadly Premonition is tagged as having partial support, which is true, but it's completely impossible to play the game with it as it is at the moment.
I already accepted. I should be in your friends list...at least you in mine.
I have 2 xbox360 controllers, a wireless and a wired one, the wired one being near my pc and the wireless being on my bed on the other side of the room, obivously it's always controller 2 because the wired one is always on. Steam responds to both, and some games ( for example Need for Speed Hot Puruit) work great on both, the game responds to both controllers whether it's controller 1 or 2. Other games ignore the 2nd controller completely (for example Braid iirc). In even other games, the 2nd controller works in the menu, but not ingame ( Had this problem in Sleeping Dogs I believe). Also launching some games from big picture still makes you enter a configuration screen that doesn't respond to controllers ( eg. Flatout Ultimate Carnage I believe).
Second problem I have with ''full controller support'' is that many games only support ximput controllers, not directimput. My Speedlink PS3 controller that also works on PC is a directimput controller, and doesn't work in a lot of games that are tagged as ''full controller support''.
Please revise the ''full controller support'' tag to supporting multiple imput devices simultaneously, and directimput AND ximput controllers. Some games do this perfectly. But most games tagged as ''full controller support'' are still not really ''full controller support'' like on the console.
I must say, big picture is brilliant though! Steam for both lazy couch/bed playing and nice mouse +kb play.
Multiple features INCLUDING the editor isn't fully supported by the gamepad, you have to use keyboard for those!
I doubt an alt account will give you more chance.
