Dayum, you're asking alot of questions today. But a great co-op game I would recommend is borderlands 2. For a little more thinking you can try out Portal 2.

Those are all pretty fun games but you should try out Warframe first becuase its free.

For Co-op, I always liked Left 4 Dead and playing on "the island USA" server. (70.42.74.50:27015) real good community there and heavily moderated. Hard Custom Mod, too.)

Or L4D2 vanilla. Just don't play versus unless you know how to play, and even then expect the public game community to be bad. (but versus isn't co-op.)

Island group has a L4D2 server, too. They took it down due to a lack of interest, but I think it's back up again.... Personally I prefer the L4D1 version.

Ghost Recon with Desert Siege and Island Thunder has great Coop for up to 9 players. With the right mod, up to 27 can play.

Borderlands 2 is the best coop gave available right now.
