mouse-sensitivity changes after mapchange

hi,
i have got no answer in the csgo-forum and also the steam-support has no idea...
i have played counter strike (source) for some years with a specially sensitivity. In global offensive this "sens" is changing after map-chances or server reconnects without any cause. the mouse sensitivity is changing without any differents in the settings or in the mous driver. I installed only one maus driver.

the problem is causing without any referencs to differents mouses or drivers (roccat, steelseries, razer), so this is no driver issue.

win7 home (new installed)
mouse: tt esport black element, steelseries kana v2, roccat savu
mouse acceleration: off
rawinput: on

hope youre able to help me, the problem is very frustrating..

uninstall youre mausdriver and it work...
