No, just no.
Poorly design and repetitive levels, no splitscreen multiplayer, no online multiplayer matchmaking, lag issues out the ass, major blancing issues and a piece of ♥♥♥♥ mode that is called Diorama mode are just a fraction of some of the issues.

So please keep this crapfest off of Steam and let it just be forgotten in the passage of time.

the game could have been made better 15 years ago thats how bad it really is
No-one said it wasn't allowed, it was just said that it is a terrible game and if someone is building up their hopes wishing it appeared on Steam, they're going to be disappointed based on the REALLY bad reviews about it.
Just for giggles, here's another one from Nerd3 saying it is really really bad.
