Unknown files in the library

Today I opened Steam and saw unknown files in my library of games in the form of servers for other games that I have not even downloaded, the servers themselves can be downloaded as a full-fledged game. Please tell me how to solve the problem.

So you found the TOOLS section. Every account has those. Disable the display of TOOLS in addition to GAMES in your library.

And you also used to find in 1 day +100 tools of the games which you don't have ?

And it is anoying to hide tools section every time when I open Steam. I think that is similar to error of Steam

Everyone has all those tools on their account. A recent update checked the TOOLS filter again.
