How to get 1600x900 in 4/3 CS:GO ?
Hey. I would want to know how to get 1600x900 resolution in 4/3 on CS:GO.

I have a GTX 670 and a Iiyama 24" and the option doesn't appear.

Graphics settings ? Direct X updates ?

Thanks for your replies.

I would guess that 1600x900 is not 4:3.

Check under 16:9.

I know it exists in 16:9. But I'm sure there is an higher resolution in 4/3 than 1280x1024 something like 1600x? and it doesn't appears.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_common_resolutions
Click the DAR column on the table. Then scroll down to find 4:3 in that list for all the common resolutions of that aspect ratio.

If you're having trouble matching game resolutions to your native monitor resolution then it's highly likely you don't have the correct / up-to-date drivers installed, you should start there.

What aspect ratio and resolution does your monitor use?

Why would you need to play in any other aspect ratio then 16:9?

Anyway, you can set it to whatever you want in the launch options.

I prefer 4:3 for the hit box, it's zooming the game and improve my aim.

Thank you, I will test it.

try using 1200x900 for the best looking 4:3 if your native resolution is 1600x900
