are there any games similar to SUPERHOT in that you can slow down time, dodge bullets, slow mo kils, and such? If there are any games you know about like this please tell me
about them

As for the bullet time - you have a guage that builds up as you play, activating it slows down time for your enemies, but not for you, allowing you do things like roll and fire accurately, dodge incoming bullets, or walk through a room calling your shots with impunity.
Very cinematic, though the graphics are a little ancient now.

As for the game type - its a 3rd person camera, like mass effect or tomb raider, but the action is very much what you would expect from a FPS - walking theough rooms and corridors, clearing them of bad guys, picking up weapons etc.
The game has a very definite film noir vibe - its set on a very cold dark snowy New York night.

And yes, sorry, the filters are within the parental lock.
Ive unfortunately gathered, while looking through all this, the filters lock off the comic book strips which is how the story is told. Maybe your 'rents would allow you to keep the 'images' in.

Oh, and the game also has a bit of a drug vibe (the bad guys are supplying heroin).

Cant help you with that - its on my list of games to play. But as you can see, its an adult rated game as well, mainly for its violence, I believe. Cant see anything about filters for it.
