LIMITED USER ACCOUNT PLS HELP! I already added 5 USD!

Cant add friends and buy in the market in DOTA 2 because of limited-user account. Guys I already added 200 pesos to my steam wallet equivalent to 5 USD isnt that enough to make my account a non-limited?

how about in my case, i added 300 pesos, i was able to use the add friend feature, however, i cant use community market to buy some skin in CS: GO.

Yes. Purchase something from the store worth $5 USD. Adding wallet funds does count. Your limited account restrictions will be gone, adding friends etc. But you won't be able to use the market for 30 days
