Post Apocalyptic Farming Sim

There was a game announced as "coming soon", it was as the title says, a post apocalyptic farming sim, where the town was on the brink of starvation and you were trying to get an old farm back up and running. I thought I had it on my wishlist, but its not there anymore. I've searched through the different queues and categories, without any luck. Anyone remember what this was called or what happened to it? Thanks all :)

Farming? I only know of frostpunk which is similar.

I have it that one, not it, but great game, too!

This one was a 2D game similar looking to Stardew if I remember correctly (except, of course, post apocalyptic with bland colors and such).
