Its all about Christmas and is very nice for two players. I don't know how I could forget about that game.

Here's some from the top of my head. Some of these are timed events and may not be active yet.

- Serious Sam 3: BFE has christmas easter eggs and secret achievement
- Killing Floor has christmas themed maps and enemies
- Painkiller Hell & Damnation has a free Satan Claus DLC
- POSTAL 2 has a limited time christmas event (I think) and there's the Very Postal Christmas mod
- Psychonauts has achievements that you can unlock only on christmas
- Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition incluides the christmas themed Nuclear Winter expansion
- Chivalry: Medieval Warfare has limited time santa hats

Edit:
- Team Fortress 2 has tons of christmas themed stuff and there's usually a christmas event
- Terraria has limited time christmas stuff and santa claus NPC
- Borderlands 2 has a christmas themed DLC

Warcraft covers tons of seasonal events, even down to day of the dead and national talk like a pirate day, so yes, they do a pretty big winter holiday event.

Eve online also an advent calender style event where items are gifted each day, like snowball launchers to replace your missle launchers.

Football Manager 2012 (maybe later versions as well) you can arrange a friendly match against FC Santa.
